State v. Theresa Hernandez Oklahoma County CF-2004-4801
Co-Counsel for Theresa Hernandez who was accused of first degree murder when the baby she was carrying while pregnant miscarried and had a quantity of methamphetamine in its blood system. Through the Advocacy of attorney Robin Shellow from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Jim Rowan a plea bargain. was worked out so that Theresa Hernandez plead guilty to second degree murder and was sentenced to ten years. At the end of one year Theresa was released from the Penitentiary and placed on a ten year suspended sentence.
